A：目前美国专线服务已实现提审即货物挂号的功能。其他专线服务在仓库处理货物后在系统更新挂号。<br />

5、Q：专线能不能发仿牌？<br />
<br />
A：我司专线服务不接受任何仿牌产品，我司在发货前不另外查验，若因部分客户违反规定发仿牌产品，我司保留向客户追究的权利。<br />

6、Q：专线打印的标签都固定大小的，为什么要设间距这么大吗？<br />
<br />
A：这是因为不同国家的邮局对于地址标签都有不同的尺寸要求才能进行过机扫描，否则会导致派送出错。<br />

7、Q：出口易专线的tracking，为什么有时候会在相应的网站上总是查不到跟踪信息？<br />

A：如果货物发出去，超过5-6天的时间尚未能在官网上查询到信息的话，请马上联系相应的客服。<br />

A：我司的专线产品直接退回到我司对应的海外仓库。<br />

A：专线退货退回至我司海外仓库，可在系统提交处理方案。目前支持海运/快递退回国内，重新上架，弃件。若需再次派送，需先完成重新上架，再下出库单完成派送。<br />
